HEART RATE MONITORING

Built-in wireless heart rate receiver compatible with 5KHz heart rate transmitters (sold separately) and contact hand pulse sensors on the handlebars help keep workouts safe and effective.

ERGONOMIC PEDALS

Spirit Fitness elliptical trainers feature an integrated 2-degree inward tilt to make your workout more comfortable. This design puts you in an anatomically correct position. The pedals are also padded, placing less pressure on your feet.
